JOHNSON Sickle Servicer Tool
Johnson’s Sickle Servicer tools have been in use for more than 50 years. What a great design!
The Sickle Servicer is a unique, multiple operation tool that: 1.) Removes sickle sections (blade) by shearing off rivets. 2.) Punches out remaining pieces of rivets. 3.) Attaches new sickle sections by properly “setting” new rivets. All with one tool. No more grinding off rivet heads and hand punching out rivets! No more hammering and pounding to try and set rivets!
Designed for ease of operation, the Sickle Servicer is strong, sturdy, powerful, light weight, yet made entirely of steel. This tool is a complete servicer for any type sickle bar: mower, combine, windrower or forage harvester.
The Johnson Sickle Servicer will remove and replace either mower (extended-back) or combine (flush-back) sections without the use of extra attachments. Each Servicer is equipped with dies to rivet either oval head or countersunk flat-head rivets. The rivet punch and the riveting dies are made of heat treated tool steel to withstand continued use.
