Heavy duty flush mount battery box
This flush mount battery box is designed to be installed in the deck of a trailer and holds a group 24 battery. Our box has been installed in hundreds of enclosed and open trailers. Great for holding a deep cycle battery to power your winch or the 12 volt lights in your trailer. With the flush mount design, it won’t take up valuable space on your trailer deck.
Built of 14 gauge steel with an 1/8″ thick aluminum diamond plate cover. Cover is sturdy enough to walk on. Box is powder coated black to provide a long lasting beautiful finish. Our battery box is the toughest, longest lasting box you’ll find.
Knockout holes are provided on both sides of the box to accommodate battery cables. Rubber grommets are included that fit into the knockout holes and protect battery cables from rubbing on the edges of the holes. It has drainage holes in the bottom. Includes a battery strap to prevent battery movement. Also includes a template for cutting out your deck and drilling the required holes. Very easy installation.
When installed, the top flange of our battery box sits just over 1/16″ above the floor surface.
