Description
Replacement bushings for all the hinge points on the Johnson Sickle Servicer Tool. The S54 Sickle Servicer Tool usually lasts for around 30 or 40 years, and with lots of use, the pivot points eventually wear out. This set consists of four steel pivot bushings that are the correct OD, ID and length. They can be pressed-in to replace the original pivot bushings.
Grind off one end of the old bushing, hammer it out with a large drift punch, press the new bushing into the joint and tack weld the bushing to the outer plates.
Gives your sickle tool another 40 years of life!
