This Stop Switch Assembly – Yamaha G8, G9, G11 fits models G8 gas & electric, G9 gas & electric and G11 gas carts.

This is a critical component in the electrical system. The cart will not run if the switch is not working properly.

The switch is a normally closed switch. When the accelerator. pedal is not pressed, the switch is open and the cart won’t run. When the accelerator pedal is pressed, the switch closes and tells the controller (via the solenoid) it’s OK to run.

This is a Yamaha original equipment part, not an aftermarket part made by someone else.

Comes complete with hex nut and push button cover.
